Cobot welding systems can be found on almost every corner, from various suppliers and in a wide range of configurations. But be careful: With the range of functions, the systems differ especially in intuitive usability, in user experience and in a final excellent result.

After pioneering cobot welding in 2017 with our SmartArc cobot welding application and setting the standard for innovation in cobot welding for almost 6 years, it is now time for a new chapter. In 2023, we present the future of cobot welding systems: SmartArc 2.0!

SmartArc 2.0 combines the easiest handling of cobot systems with smart technology to a unique all-in-one system solution so far. We have collected the wishes of our customers from 5 years of SmartCell and extensively analyzed and improved every function. As a result, SmartArc 2.0 is even more intuitive to use, provides easy access to more features and enables our best cobot welding experience ever.

Special highlights are, for example, the completely new use of the arc sensor, our best multilayer welding function, further developed weaving designs or the unique function to continue the welding process after an interruption at the last position.
